1. Introduction

HighTechsGyaan respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. 2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you must send us a written notification that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the website (URL)
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown request, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content, unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

HighTechsGyaan will terminate user accounts that are the subject of repeated DMCA complaints in appropriate circumstances. We may also limit access or terminate services at our discretion in cases of repeat or flagrant infringement.

5. Modifications

HighTechsGyaan reserves the right to revise this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
